Dallas, TX- The Antagonistas:  Hatziel Flores, Diablo Texas, Loretta Gonzales and Joey Seeman first formed the idea of showing together-on their own terms, in early 2013. In Dallas, underground contemporary art is a marginalized concept. So The Antagonistas were formed as an idea, an opposition movement against the current state of “gallery culture” in Dallas. The first Antagonistas Dallas art show was a resounding success, with stellar attendance and many collectors purchasing work even before opening night.
